Pinewood Derby Details

Pinewood Derby Overnight & Registration

Friday, January 21st @ 7pm 

Details:

• Come dressed in your Class A uniforms!

• Bring your Race Cars - ALL cars are due for check in at 7pm.

• NO CARS will be allowed to enter Saturday morning. So make arrangements to get your car checked-in Friday Night!)

• You MUST have a CURRENT HEALTH FORMS for ALL SCOUTS and any Adult that will-be attending ANY activities for the 2022 year to enter the race! THIS IS YOUR TICKET!

• Minimal tools will be available for last minute adjustments, so Bring any tools you might need Friday to make small modifications. Once Car is Checked in, you will not be able to get the car back until races are over. (Remember 5 Ounces is limit)

• Parents of Bears, Wolves, Tigers and Lions an adult MUST stay overnight with their scout! BSA Rules!

• Pack your bags: Mess kits (for breakfast) Sleeping bag, pillow, proper sleep wear, toothbrush, etc.

• Scouts must be up at 7am, dressed and ready to eat by 7:30am!

• Some Dens Leaders have plans for your Scout, so please check with your Den Leaders for more details.

• Pinewood Derby Race will start PROMPTLY at 9am on Saturday morning! This will be a NON-Stop, Den after Den race. ALL Awards will be given out at the end of the races so stick around!

• We will need Volunteers to help set up Friday night and help cleaning up after races on Saturday. Please hang around and help. We can not have these events without Volunteers!
